No Return Policy

We follow a strict no-return policy for hygiene and safety reasons. Once a product is delivered, it cannot be returned.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Personal preference
  • After-use or opened products

Exchange Eligibility

We only provide exchange in the following cases:

✔ Product received damaged
✔ Wrong product received
✔ Manufacturing defect

Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

Mandatory Video Verification

To request an exchange, customers must provide:

👉 A clear unboxing video
👉 Showing sealed package opening
👉 Showing product condition

The video must be recorded without cuts or edits.

Without unboxing video proof, exchange requests will not be accepted.

This policy protects both the customer and our business from fraud.

Exchange Approval Process

Once we verify the video and issue:

  • Exchange will be approved
  • Replacement product will be shipped
  • No extra cost if issue is verified

If verification fails, exchange will be rejected.

Our decision after verification is final.

Refund Policy

We do not provide refunds.

Only exchange or replacement is allowed for verified damage or incorrect items.
